Antique Whitehead & Hoag Co. 2 Sided  Red White & Blue Badge Ribbon w/Original Envelope ~ Steward P. of H. Patrons of Husbandry ~ Palmerton Grange No. 1202 Palmerton Penn. (Pennsylvania)
There are some small holes on the blue ribbon. (see photo 8). Age appropriate discoloration/fading. There is some possible mildew/mold/corrosion remains in between the 2 ribbons and around the pin. (It's like a white powder substance ~ see photo 7 & 12).  The paper envelope has age discoloration, some staining, hand written information, bends/wear/tears.
