DAUGHTERS of AMERICA (D of A) Past State Councilor - 10K Gold Pin - 2 piece pin linked together with gold chain.
This pin originally belonged to Frances Taylor, who was the State Councilor for Washington State, during the 1930s.
Hard to find pin from the D of A.  The D of A were organized into local groups called "Councils", state groups called "State Coucils" and the overall structure called the "National Council".  Being a state council pin, this is certainly harder to find than the local "Council" pins.
Marked on reverse of the larger pin reads "10K GOLD" and the smaller pin reads "10K".
Excellent vintage condition.  The clasp on both pins opens and closes as designed.  Please use the zoom feature on the listings photos to best view condition.
The larger pin measures approximately 7/8 inch by 7/8 inch, the smaller pin measures 5/8 inch by 1/4 inch and the chain is about 1 1/2 inches long.  Weighs 4.2 grams.
