    Description

    This superb Knights Templar 3-handled loving cup is now 112 years old. It was handsomely detailed with images and information..and decorated with the rich colors of cobalt blue and gold.
    It was produced for the 96th Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery of the State of New York, and it states "Compliments of Central City Commandery, No. 25, Knights Templar, June, 1909".
    The base is marked, "Syracuse China Onondaga Pottery Co. Syracuse N.Y.
    This Knights Templar cup measures 4 1/2" wide (handle-to-handle), and 3 1/8" tall. The upper diameter measures 3", and has a slightly oval shape. The cup is in very good antique condition.
    The rim is smooth, although some of the paint has worn off through the years.  Two of the 3 gold-painted handles are smooth, the third has some roughness, and there's light handling wear on the surfaces.
    All said, considering its century of age and purpose, this must have been handled with respect. Thankfully, it remains free of crazing, chips, cracks, and stains.  Please request additional photographs, if desired.
