    San Antonio, Texas tx May 1890, Christopher Columbus, medal, pinback and hands pinback and parts of the ribbon.
    The pinback was manufactured by the Whitehead & Hoag Co., Newark New Jersey.
    There only parts of the ribbon.  The "Societa Italiana Cristoforo Colombo" was established in May 1890 in San Antonio, Texas according to their web page; this medal was probably a souvenir from that event.  Sold as is.  See the scans.
