Vintage Sterling Jr. O.U.A.M. Medal with center Enamel American Flag

Great vintage Jr. Order of American Mechanics Medal and/or Pendant!
This pendant is sterling silver and has a center enamel American Flag.
The top and bottom, as well as the back side of the flag, is sterling silver.
The top has a banner that has "Jr. O.U.A.M." on it, which is connected to the flag, which then has another piece on the bottom connected to it which is in the shape of a shield/badge that has the masonic symbol.
The backside of the top and the backside of the flag, and the backside of the bottom are marked "sterling"
The pin works well & stays secure when fastened
The pendant measures 4" x 1 1/2" (at its widest part) and weighs 38 grams
It appears this pendant or medal is missing a piece that may hang from the top part over the American flag.
